Christmas Cake Recipe 7 Inch Round

Nigella gives a table of quantities for her traditional christmas cake in christmas p172 for 18cm 7 inch 23cm 9 inch and 25 5cm 10 inch round tins.

Or a combination of both if you want to make small christmas cakes. Preheat the oven to 150 c gas 2. Heat the oven to 150c 130c fan gas2. This chart helps down and upscale cake recipe quantities and assumes that the recipe you are using is the most common size shape which is an 8 inch 20cm round cake and 3 inch 7 5cm deep.
